This is about offering a space to open up. It is a gentle communication and sharing of support that allows you to just 'be' in whatever is apparently happening. In this openness there can be an energetic shift where contracted energy releases old patterns and belief structures. Often a lightness can be felt in the body and a sense of relief from old cycles.
Freedom is simply that, free from repeating the same patterns again and again. I found it isn't about gaining or becoming, it is about loss, which can be frightening as we are so used of who we think we are. This 'you' is illusory it's not who you are. When energy releases, what is revealed is stunningly authentic.
Intuition is that space of knowing before the thoughts, so one could say there is a knowing without knowing what anything really is. I call this unconditional love, which is nothing being everything. It is peace and anxiety, sorrow and joy, love and anger, wrong and right, life and death. There cannot be any separation or any inclusion or exclusion as it's all one. This can only be understood with the Heart and conceptualised by the mind so to speak.
